1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, and our team will begin processing it.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) will begin processing the following business day.

  • Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items: If any items are out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you by email with an estimated delivery time. You will have the option to either wait for the item to restock or receive a refund for the unavailable item.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Below are the available shipping options:

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Next-Day Shipping: Next business day (only available on weekdays)
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination)
    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party carriers and the destination.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: The cost of shipping within the United States will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight of your order, and your delivery address.

  • International Shipping: International shipping costs will also be calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and the shipping method selected. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website or by using the tracking link provided.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  • Restricted Items: Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to import regulations, or they may be available only for domestic delivery. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange for an alternative solution.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions may cause shipping delays. Please be aware that these events are out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • International Orders: For international shipments, please note that RoyalGemms Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered to the destination country. 8. Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. To ensure your order is delivered correctly, please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process.
