We offer returns and exchanges on most items purchased from RoyalGemms Jewelry, as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) intact.
- Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, as well as sale items, are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective custom item, please contact us for assistance.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you return instructions along with a return authorization number (RAN). This number must be included with your return package to ensure proper processing.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment method.

- Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved items

7. International Returns
